Empowering Diverse Youth
With 20 years of experience in corporate IT across various countries and continents, Grady holds an undergraduate degree in engineering and an MBA. As an African American who has faced the challenges of underrepresentation in STEM, he is passionate about pouring into the youth and providing access to STEM pathways. Approachable and hands-on, Grady is dedicated to teaching and mentoring to achieve life-changing results.
